Seatex occupies a modern rail served manufacturing and warehousing facility. We have multiple loading and unloading docks for efficient handling of raw materials and finished good shipment.  With over 320,000 square feet located on 25 acres in Rosenberg Texas, Seatex is currently served by the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern railroad with two heavy load rail spurs entering the facility. Our on sight truck scales are used to verify weights inbound and outbound loads.   

Seatex can manufacture and package to strict specifications, duplicate formulas, or make available our own 400 plus finished formulations.
