Citric Acid Cleaner is a non-corrosive, safe alternative to the harsh acids currently being used to clean dirty wall and bay equipment of car washes. Citric Acid Cleaner also works to clean concrete and ready-mix trucks. Citric Acid Cleaner is derived from some of the safest acids and effective detergents on the market.

Foaming Acid Cleaner (14461)   
Foaming Acid Cleaner is a high foaming, non-fuming acid detergent designed to remove hard water scale, alkaline detergent build-up, dirt, and rust. Renews original brightness on stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized surfaces. Contains phosphoric acid.

Foaming Acid Cleaner (20595)   
Foaming Acid Cleaner is a concentrated blend of non-fuming acid detergents, organic / biodegradeable wetting agents plus special corrosion inhibitors. Foaming Acid Cleaner is great for cleaning concrete, tile, porcelain, glass, stainless steel, and aluminum. Contains glacial acedic acid.

Wall Brite (11970)   
Wall Brite is a heavy-duty and quick-acting wall cleaning acid compound. Wall Brite gives stainless steel, fiberglass, brick, block, metal, and painted walls that just manufactured look. Contians Ammonium Bifluoride (ABF).

ALKALINES
All Safe Detergent (10966)   
All Safe Detergent is a premium, liquid, low foaming, metal safe parts washing detergent. This product is a powerful cleaner/degreaser and rinses free quickly. All Safe Detergent contains extra chelating agents for hard water conditions. Quickly and effectively removes stubborn soils. Chlorine Free.

Combo Drum (11448)   
Combo Drum is a detergent process like no other, because it delivers 100% active ingredients without the need for fillers, binders, or water to keep often incompatible detergent ingredients in solution. By using a powdered alkaline component and a liquid surfactant component, and by keeping them separate until they are automatically mixed with water at the wash, Drum Combo is able to offer outstanding cleaning power safely and economically. This technology allows for the use of high concentrations of gentle cleaning ingredients (much higher than traditional formulated products), Drum Combo does not rely on harsh chemical ingredients for cleaning. Instead, large quantities of the highest quality, proven alkaline detergents that can be applied economically, allowing the detergent to clean gently and effectively.

Cleaner with Bleach RTU (12960)   
Cleaner with Bleach RTU is a blend of surfactants and chlorine bleach that provides a powerful cleaner and destainer. It is formulated for use where chlorine bleach will not harm surfaces. Cleaner with Bleach RTU will remove many stains such as mildew, food stains, and discoloration.

Heavy Duty GPC (15770)  
Heavy Duty GPC is a concentrated alkaline and butyl solvent based degreaser. This product contains alkalies, sequestering and wetting agents that quickly penetrate and remove the toughest greasy baked on soils quickly and easily.

GPC (14920)   
GPC is a concentrated butly based all purpose detergent and degreaser. GPC provides good use cost with effective performance where the removal of soils and greases from surfaces is necessary. GPC works well as a medium duty steam-cleaning compound, is free rinsing, and USDA-A1 approved.

GPC-OT (15120)   
GPC-OT is a concentrated all-purpose cleaner degreaser with a pronounced citrus fragrance. GPC-OT liquid provides exceptional cleaning performance for removal of both animal fat and petroleum based soils such as tar. GPC-OT is effective to remove adhesive residue. GPC-OT is especially designed for restaurants and maintenance work. GPC-OT contains d-limonene a natural citrus solvent.

GITIT Degreaser (14720)   
GITIT is a concentrated general-purpose degreaser. GITIT quickly emulsifies greasy soils and has many other uses including boosting the cleaning action of other detergents. GITIT is excellent for use in floor cleaning machines and has moderate pH and butyl scent.

NB-100 (18340)   
NB-100 is concentrated and very powerfully formulated. This product is a alkaline, solvent-free, heavy duty general-purpose degreaser. NB-100 cleans, removes, and emulsifies oil and grease as well as cleaners containing solvents. NB-100's formula is non-butyl, phosphate free, and an environmentally preferable formula.

Super X (22220)   
Super X is an extremely free rinsing, heavy-duty steam clean and degreaser. This product can also be used as a powerful general purpose cleaner and rig wash. Super X is environmentally friendly and contains butyl. USDA-A4 approved.

NEUTRALS
Microbial Floor Cleaner (11680)   
Microbial Floor Cleaner is a heavy-duty floor cleaner with the addition of Actavor L-1 Seatex's hyper-concentrated microorganism. Microbial Floor Cleaner is excellent for restaurant kitchens where concrete, grout and quarry file tile floors make for tough cleaning. Regular use of Microbial Floor Cleaner will help maintain free flowing drain lines and reduce the frequency/cost of pumping grease traps.

SOLVENTS
Detergent Booster - Butyl Solvent (13740)   
Detergent Booster is a very versatile solvent/surfactant blended formula with a good balance of many different ingredients. Detergent Booster is 100% water soluble.

OT Max - 100% d limonene (04385)   
OT Max is a concentrated citrus solvent formulation. OT Max can replace a wide variety of products, including mineral spirits, methyl ethyl ketone, acetone, tolunene, glycol ethers, and of course fluorinated and chlorinated organic solvents. As with most organic solvents, OT Max d-limonene is not water soluble, so it can be used in the typical water separation units. With a KB value of 67, OT Max d-limonene has solubility properties close to that of CFC's, indicating that it is a much better solvent than a typical mineral spirit. Straight OT Max d-limonene can be used as a wipe cleaner, in a dip bath, or in spray systems as a direct substitute for most other organic solvents.

SUPER CONCENTRATES
General Purpose Geliquid (14902)   
General Purpose Geliquid is a super concentrated collodial cleaner provides the cleaning benefits of a solvent emulsion but maintains the stability of a clear liquid. General Purpose Geliquid is unlike high alkalinity degreasers, it has a moderate pH and is exceptionally free rinsing. General Purpose Geliquid is phosphate free thus environmentally friendly and manufactured from free rinsing ingredients so it can actually be used as a glass cleaner. As with other Seatex super concentrate formulas, General Purpose Geliquid will save shipping cost, storage space, SARA Title III reporting, quality control sampling, and blending time. The normal dilution ratio is 1:5 with water to make a concentrate, (1 gallon of General Purpose Geliquid with 5 gallons of water makes 6 gallons of concentrated cleaner).

SA 200 (20780)   
SA 200 is a super-concentrated, water-soluble butyl degreaser, and general purpose cleaner. SA 200 is great for dilution purposes; one drum makes three drums of normal concentrate.

Enzyme All Purpose Cleaner (16880)    
Enzyme All Purpose Cleaner is a concentrated, enzyme fortified, all purpose cleaner. Enzyme All Purpose Cleaner uses the most effective enzyme technology and surfactants on the market. Enzyme All Purpose Cleaner is excellent for removing petroleum based soils. Enzyme All Purpose Cleaner is excellent for removing petroleum based soils and eliminating foul odors.

Bio Force Microbial Degreaser (11680)   
Bio Force Microbial Degreaser is a state of the art degreaser with the added effect of microorganisms. Bio Force Microbial Degreaser will remove and emulsify oil and grease as well as any degreaser while at the same bioremediating on both hydrocarbon and protein based oil.
