Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my order once it is placed?
We ask for 7 – 10 working days once the order is placed.

Do you have a minimum order amount?
Orders must exceed $100.00. Order quantities may affect availability.

Is freight included in the cost?
Prices are FOB Seatex unless otherwise specified. Seatex uses common carriers for deliveries. Your invoice will show freight as a separate line item. Seatex will prepay and add freight charges with approved credit only.
Seatex offers a $100.00 freight allowance for orders that exceed 10,000 lbs., $250.00 for 20,000 lbs., and $500.00 for truckload orders.

Does Seatex charge for drop shipping to my customers?
Seatex will arrange to drop ship your order/s to your customers for $5.00 per order.

What are Seatex’s terms for payment?
Unless otherwise specified, approved credit on all invoices is payable 30 days net from the invoice date.

What is Seatex’s return policy?
Merchandise may not be returned without permission. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

How do I place my order?
Orders can be placed by phone, fax or email. We always confirm faxed and emailed orders. If you don’t get a confirmation please call to make sure we received it.

If I have a product I like can Seatex match it?
If the volumes can met our minimum requirements, and you have a sample and MSDS of the product, we will do everything we can to match your product. Our minimum on liquids is 220 gallons and powders are 2000 lbs.

What are Seatex’s terms on blending proprietary formulas?
Proprietary formulas are quoted on an individual basis and must meet our minimum blending requirements are 220 gallons of liquid, and 2000 lbs. of powder. The customer is responsible for unique raw materials brought in to complete the blend if not consumed within a reasonable time frame. The customer is liable to purchase the entire batch with the overage not to exceed 10%.

What does Seatex charge to private label my products?
Seatex can make very nice multi-colored, glossy, peel & stick labels for quarts, gallons, pails, boxes and drums. There is no charge for this service and there is no charge for applying customer supplied labels or sleeves.
